Family Empowerment Scholarship

With FES-UA (formerly Gardiner), your child has more learning options and is eligible to attend a public or private school of their choice. This Scholarship is available to students 3 years old-12th grade. The Family Empowerment Scholarship allows parents to personalize the education of their children with disabilities by directing money toward a combination of programs and approved providers. These include schools, therapists, specialists, curriculum, technology – even a college savings account.

Step Up For Students

Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) / Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO). This Scholarship is for children of families that have limited financial resources. The law provides for state tax credits for contributions to nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations, (SFOs). The SFOs then award scholarships to eligible children of low-income families. Students who are currently placed, or during the previous state fiscal year was placed, in foster care are eligible.

Hope Scholarship

The Hope Scholarship is for students in grades kindergarten through 12 who are enrolled in a Florida public or private school and have been bullied, harassed, assaulted, threatened, and/or a victim of other violent acts. Hope Scholarship.
